Purchasing.

Your Statutory Rights are not Effected.

By submitting your order to us you are allowing us to use your personal details to supply you with the items you have specified. Your personal details will be passed to no third parties other than those required to supply you with such goods. By submitting your personal details to us you have become a Mailspeed Marine Valued Customer and will be offered future promotions, special offers and Mailspeed Marine publications free of charge in return for your patronage. If you wish for your details to be removed from our records then you may do so by writing to us requesting this action. Our address can be found via the Contact us link.

Upon submitting your order the payment for your order will be taken immediately in order that our express delivery service is not delayed in any way.
All order processing is restricted to our normal working hours of 9am – 5:30pm

Pricing.

- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice. E&OE.
- Special offer prices or prices below our RRP are strictly subject to availability.
- Promotions, special offers and free gifts are strictly subject to availability.
- Customers outside the EC may divide prices by 1.175.

Returns.

Any product may be returned for a refund of its full value or exchanged for goods of equal value if unused.

Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer’s receipt, contact details, and a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the required course of action.

Payment.

Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Delta and Solo.

All submission of payment details and indeed all customer details are safeguarded by recognise encryption software.

Limitation on Liability.

In no event will MAILSPEEDMARINE.COM be liable to any part for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for any use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if MAILSPEEDMARINE.COM is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
