Berghoff 240V UK 2000W Ceramic Hob.

Cooking on induction is the latest way to cook. It is much faster than traditional electric cooking, faster than gas, more energy efficient and more portable. The hob works by heating the pan NOT the hob. It will not work until an induction suitable pan has been placed on the hob, so it cannot be left on by accident.
