Thanks to the Omnia recreation oven you can prepare and enjoy meals and freshly baked bread in your caravan, camper, tent, boat, weekend cottage or anywhere there isn’t a conventional oven. Omnia – is a compact, nice-price alternative. Almost everything you can cook in a conventional oven can be prepared in the Omnia. Prepare your favourite dishes, or try the enclosed recipes. The three-part Omnia gives both top and bottom heat. The ingenious construction is an easy to use and tested method of preparing food. The Omnia works best above an open flame; if this is gas, set the regulator to just above low. The Omnia will work above an electric plate, but 25-50% more cooking time is required. Food holder The 2-litre food holder, which is made of aluminium, is shaped like a sponge cake tube mould. The holder should be well-greased before use – when baking bread you should also dust the inside of mould with breadcrumbs. Base A treated-steel base plate with a centre hole. The base is centrally placed above the flame to allow the heat to flow evenly around the ingredients. Lid A tight-fitting, spacious, aluminium lid with ventilation holes is designed to give cakes and breads the room to rise properly.
