Ventair

General Chandlery
Why should Ventair be used?

By installing Ventair now you can immediately reduce the risk of the expensive and damaging effects caused by damp. Out of season soft furnishings will be much less at risk when left in-situ and during occupation you can avoid the chore of having to move and air damp mattresses, leaving more leisure time to enjoy.

Where should Ventair be Used?

Whether on land or water, changes in temperature and humidity cannot be avoided, thus damp is inevitable where people occupy confined sleeping quarters. Placed below mattresses or behind cushions in boat cabins or caravans, Ventair minimises damp. Used under sleeping bags it improves comfort by evening out surface irregularities and also helps to keep occupants warm as Ventair insulates against the cold ground.

Why Choose Ventair?

Ventair is the most economical easily installed choice to combat damp, it can be cut with scissors or a sharp knife to fit bunks or walls and it is so light it can be affixed to walls with double sided tape. Salt water, moisture, mild detergents, paints or varnishes do not affect this revolutionary inert product.

As space is of a premium in all berths, be they in caravans, mobile-homes and cabins, Ventair is available conveniently packaged in universal bunk packs in two thicknesses. Ventair 10 for behind cushions and Ventair 15 for installation under mattresses.

What is Ventair?
A three dimensional nylon mesh core sandwiched between two polyester covers. Having a unique construction, Ventair is unaffected by moisture, paints and varnishes. Ventair creates an air space, allowing air flow under mattresses and behind cushions, thus reducing the damaging effects of damp, mould and mildew. Ventair is flexible and extremely resistant to crushing. Movement on the mattress will flex the core so it acts as a pump to exchange the air under or behind your furnishings. The natural resilience of the material adds to the comfort of the bed.
