One of the great advantages of the dinghy is the outboard engines. Getting an outboard engine is, like all other marine purchase, a case of requirement and fulfilling it. But here, it’s all about power. For many people, faith in a brand that will lead them to their ideal outboard engine. For that reason Mailspeed Marine stocks a variety of brands, such as Suzuki outboard engines, Torqeedo and Honda outboard engines. In other cases it’s the size or fuel efficiency that will cause them to lean towards a particular outboards engine. Then there are aspects such as the power: 140cc? 5hp? 2hp? For the electric motors keep an eye out for suitable usage as they can be specified for saltwater or freshwater use.
